When you place an order you will receive an e-mail from Sage Pay, our payment processor, confirming that payment has indeed been processed.
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. We accept this when we send an e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product(s) to you. The acceptance will be complete at that time. Any products on the same order which we do not confirm as being dispatched do not form part of that contract.
Our standard delivery charge for all UK mainland orders is £2.95. We use Royal Mail first class post, Royal Mail Standard Parcels, or a courier when required. Our courier will attempt delivery and leave a card if no one is available to receive the item. They will then attempt delivery a second time. If they cannot make the delivery on the second attempt, they will leave a second card and you will be asked to arrange collection of the package from their regional depot. If you fail to collect the order from the depot, please note that you will be responsible for all costs of the courier returning the package to us.
We are able to ship some of our smaller items oustide the UK mainland within the EU. If you live within the EU and would like to order from us, please contact us at sales@babygiftstore.co.uk before placing an order and we will let you know whether we will be able to help and provide you with a shipping cost. Payment for orders from non UK mainland customers will normally be via Paypal. Please note that orders placed on the site by overseas customers without contacting us for a shipping cost will normally be cancelled. We are not able to ship any items to the USA or Canada.

Wherever possible, we will always try and list products that we know are available for dispatch. Some of our bedding ranges are not kept in stock, and delivery may take around one week. We will endeavour to indicate this on the relevant product descriptions. In the case of furniture this comes directly from the manufacturer and we do not retain stock. All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply any items ordered for any reason, we will refund any money you have paid for those items.
Please note that due to the high shipping cost involved, moses basket stands are only available with the sale of a moses basket and will not be dispatched on their own.
If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, babygiftstore cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
