When you place an order you will receive an e-mail from Protx, our payment processor, confirming that payment has indeed been processed.
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. We accept this when we send an e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product(s) to you. The acceptance will be complete at that time. Any products on the same order which we do not confirm as being dispatched do not form part of that contract.
Wherever possible, we will always try and list products that we know are available for dispatch. In the case of furniture, this comes directly from the manufacturer and we do not retain stock. All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply any items ordered for any reason, we will refund any money you have paid for those items.
If you provide us with the wrong delivery address, Heydiddlediddle cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice.
